To me, yoga is about giving oneself the space to inhabit and synchronize the connection between mind and body.

Through my practice and by teaching styles like Hatha and Vinyasa, I have learned to recognize in myself and others the beauty of setting an intention and creating these conscious pauses in our daily lives, both on and off the mat.

I began my yoga journey over 20 years ago, getting hooked on an intense Ashtanga practice that, over time, diversified into other dynamic and fluid styles.

I maintained a constant and active practice with various teachers in Mexico, the USA, and Spain. Eight years ago, I decided to deepen my knowledge of the practice and philosophy, formalizing my training in different yoga styles and later specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Power, and Progressive Ashtanga.

I am a trained pedagogue and art therapist, passionate about art, movement, and well-being.

Yoga came into my life to transform it; I certified as a Hatha and Vinyasa instructor in Mexico. Since moving to Spain, I have continued my practice, teaching regular classes in both Spanish and English. In my sessions, you will find a space where, besides learning, you can play, laugh, and enjoy, connecting with yourself through sensitivity and calm.

Yoga came into my life over 15 years ago and transformed it completely. Since then, I have been accompanying others on that same journey: reconnecting with the body, calming the mind, and living with greater coherence and well-being.

My classes combine gentleness, presence, and mindfulness, integrating styles such as Soft Yoga, Vinyasa Krama, Hatha, Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

She guides people in the art of returning to inner silence. With a solid background in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Nidra Yoga, and over a decade of experience, she integrates body wisdom and mental stillness into every practice. Her teaching is rooted in simplicity, care, and deep listening.

Specialized in guided meditation, she excels at conveying the most subtle concepts of personal growth with clarity and ease. Trained in Hatha Yoga between India and Spain, as well as Vinyasa and Nidra, she has spent over ten years as a meditation teacher and eight as a yoga instructor. For a decade, she has directed her own studio—a space dedicated to silence, presence, and rediscovering oneself.

Since my first contact with Meditation and Yoga in 2012, I have been deepening my practice and integrating it as a lifestyle. In 2021, I trained as an Instructor, and since then I have combined it with other disciplines and arts such as Music, Biodance, QiGong, Pilates and Pilates Reformer.

I consider Yoga as a powerful tool for personal and social Transformation.

In my classes and workshops, I share Yoga in all its breadth - Conscious movement, Asanas, Ayurvedic Science, Nutrition, Mindfulness and Kriyas - resulting in a Complete and Holistic experience.

I’m a yoga teacher and holistic health coach, originally from the UK. I’ve always been interested in movement, but my daily practice really took off in 2020 when I discovered a yoga class on the beach—what a wonderful experience!

Now, in Madrid, I specialize in Yin and Vinyasa classes and myofascial release (MFR) techniques.

I have over 400 hours of training in somatic practices and am passionate about combining inner knowledge with outer movement. Listening to the body is, for me, the most important thing.

Raquel is a certified instructor in Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga and Mindfulness for children and adolescents, dedicated to supporting each person on their journey toward physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.

She has experience leading family yoga workshops and practices tailored to the different stages of child and adolescent development, creating spaces for authentic connection, mindful play, and shared inner growth.

With a degree in Fine Arts and as an art teacher, she integrates creativity, body awareness, and mindfulness to awaken presence and calm from within. Her teaching is rooted in listening, respect, and love for the process: each class is a sanctuary where one can feel the body as home, cultivate serenity in the breath, and reconnect with one’s own light. A holistic approach to living with greater balance, awareness, and harmony.

My name is Ana, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I’ve trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, combining traditional yoga practice with its more inclusive aspects so I can bring yoga to everyone, adapting the practice to the needs of each individual.

I live between East and West. Every journey is a learning experience and reminds me that in India they already knew what neuroscience has since proven: the body is a vehicle for balancing our nervous system. This is why I am interested in the study of body movement, uniting both sides of the same coin.

I began my journey in yoga over eight years ago, cultivating a daily personal practice that eventually evolved into teaching. Since 2022, I have been teaching bilingual classes (in Spanish and English) in various countries and cultural contexts, guiding practitioners of all levels and backgrounds.

My approach focuses on Vinyasa Flow with influences from Dharma Yoga, integrating dynamic sequences and held postures that foster a deep connection with the breath and the body. I have training in trauma-informed yoga, which allows me to offer safe, mindful spaces tailored to individual needs.

With over 10 years of personal practice, Paola has embarked on a profound journey of exploration and transformation through yoga.

Through her early studies in Kundalini Yoga, she drew inspiration from the energetic dimension and discipline of this tradition. She soon fell in love with Hatha Yoga as well, drawn to its respect for the body, and expanded her knowledge through various training programs.

At the same time, her personal experience led her to explore less orthodox practices focused on somatic release. This is how she fell in love with the Integrative Body Process (IBP) and became a facilitator of this discipline.

Currently, she offers multi-level classes focused on the practitioner’s well-being, promoting listening to the body and internal reconnection beyond postures or aesthetics.

She is Rai, a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience in the practice. “Her motto is that if your mind is flexible, your body will be too.” She is passionate about wellness and living with gratitude for life and the environment. Her practice focuses on body alignment based on each person’s anatomy, listening to the body, and becoming mindful of every movement.

My journey with yoga began as a personal quest to counteract the effects of spending long hours in front of a computer and leading a sedentary lifestyle. Through the practice of Hatha Yoga, I discovered how small changes can improve posture, increase flexibility, and restore energy in my daily life.

In 2025, I finally became certified as a Traditional Hatha Yoga teacher, though my teaching stems from my own experience and a genuine desire to support others who, like me, seek to feel better in their bodies in a gradual and respectful way. I focus on creating accessible spaces where each student can progress at their own pace and reconnect with their well-being.
